It depends on the roof, not on a preference for one product. Torch-on felt is the most cost-effective answer for straightforward, accessible roofs. Liquid waterproofing suits complex roofs, heavy detailing, overlaying existing coverings and buildings that cannot tolerate hot works. We price both where either would work and explain the trade-offs in cost and lifespan.
