Yes — it matters, and we treat it that way. Protection goes down below the work area, waste is cleared at the end of each day rather than left for the end of the job, and skips are positioned to keep access to your property.
Not necessarily. We do need access to the roof and, if scaffold is needed, a parking space near the property. Plenty of customers go to work as normal and we send progress photographs each day.
Three questions usually settle it: is the deck soft underfoot, does the roof hold standing water, and has it leaked more than once in the last two years? If the answer to any of those is yes, replacement is usually the better long-term spend — and our free inspection will show you why.
Yes. We are used to working in occupied properties, including HMOs and rented accommodation, and can schedule noisy work to fit around work patterns, school runs or tenants' shifts.
You ring us and we come back. Workmanship is covered in writing on every quotation, and where a manufacturer guarantee applies we handle the claim on your behalf rather than directing you to a supplier's helpline.
