Our home town, and where the business started in 1990. From the town centre out through Ladybrook, Berry Hill and Oak Tree, we have replaced and repaired more flat roofs here than anywhere else — garages, extensions, dormers and a good number of commercial units on the Crown Farm and Hermitage Lane estates.
Our yard is on Old Mill Lane, so this is the shortest journey we make. We look after garage roofs, extension roofs and commercial premises across Woodhouse, and we are usually on site within minutes for emergency call-outs.
A steady stream of work across Sutton, Huthwaite, Skegby and Stanton Hill — much of it garage roofs and extensions where the original felt has reached the end of its life, plus liquid waterproofing on the steeper, more awkward roofs.
Frequent work across Kirkby, Annesley and the surrounding villages. Older housing stock here often has flat roofs that have been overlaid more than once, so surveys usually start with working out what is actually under the existing covering.

Arnold, Daybrook and the northern suburbs. A high proportion of garage roofs and extension roofs, plus re-coating work on tired but structurally sound coverings.
Hucknall and the surrounding area, including domestic replacements and the small commercial units along the industrial estates.
Bulwell and the surrounding neighbourhoods — domestic flat roofing, plus work for landlords with multiple properties on the same street, which we can often programme together to reduce cost.
Derby and the surrounding area for commercial contracts and larger programmes, where the scale of work justifies the extra travel.
Southwell and the surrounding villages. Several older and more sensitive properties here, where the finish and the low profile of a liquid system are often preferred.
